Our policy for volunteer service for each family includes a minimum of 4 work related activities; credits will be awarded in a variety of ways. Field Prep for all homes games DO NOT count as work related activities, it is expected that each family help with field prep as part of the participation in this organization. It is your responsibility to get your completed volunteer work agreement form to your Team Manager or the Volunteer Coordinator no later than June 30th, 2017. Volunteer deposit checks for families that do not turn in a form or do not complete ALL 4 work related activities by the due date will be cashed.
You will be responsible for keeping track of your own work shifts. Obtain a signature from your coach, team manager or a board member, as soon as you complete each shift. Do not expect your manager, coach or anyone else to be able to remember that you completed the shift. It is recommended you make a copy of the form for your records.
*Note-Work Agreement forms are not needed for Board Members, Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches or Team Managers.
**For the 2017 Season-Volunteer Deposits continue to be $100 per family.
**** Any volunteer credits not being completed during the allowed time period will result in the volunteer check being cashed. Any check cashed that does not have sufficient funds, or that has been cancelled, will be turned over to a check collection agency and any and all fees will be charged to the signer of the check.****
